Before you start

Download your data if you want to keep a copy — after 30 days it's gone for good.

Steps

1. Go to Admin → Data & privacy.
2. Under Close account, type your organisation's name exactly as shown.
3. Click Close account and confirm.

What happens

• Sign-in stops straight away for everyone: tablets, access accounts and view-only links.
• Any subscription is cancelled.
• You're emailed a confirmation with the date your data will be deleted.
• After 30 days, all your organisation's data is permanently deleted.

Changed your mind?

Within the 30 days, sign in as an admin, go to Admin → Data & privacy and click Reopen account.
