What is Clavarius?
Clavarius records who is on site. Staff and visitors sign in and out on a tablet at each of your locations, and you always know who is in the building — including during a fire drill or evacuation.
The two halves of Clavarius
| What it's for | Who uses it | |
|---|---|---|
| The sign-in screen | A page for one site, usually on a tablet by the entrance. Staff tap their name to sign in or out; visitors fill in a short form; deliveries can be recorded. | Everyone arriving at the site |
| Admin | Add your people and sites, create accounts for your tablets, see logs and reports, change settings and billing. | Your organisation's admins |
Your web address
Every organisation gets its own address, for example yourcompany.clavarius.io. Your sign-in screens, your admin area and your login page all live there.
What you can do
- Staff sign in/out with one tap. Signing in at one site automatically signs a person out of any other site.
- Visitor sign in with name, company, group size and an optional phone number.
- Deliveries: record a parcel and email the person it's for.
- Signed-in List: one button emails your chosen contacts a list of everyone on site — for roll-call during an evacuation.
- View-only links: share a live signed-in list or delivery log with fire marshals or reception, without giving them a login.
- Reports: work patterns, busiest times, lone working and missed sign-outs.
- Your data, your control: export everything, choose how long records are kept, and close your account yourself.
Getting help inside Clavarius
Every admin page has a Help button that opens the matching article here in a new tab. Sign-in tablets don't show it, so nobody at the front door is led away from the sign-in screen.
