Plans and your free trial
Starting a free trial
New organisations start with a 14-day free trial of the plan they choose at sign-up. You add a card when you sign up, but you won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
During the last few days of the trial, admins see a reminder at the top of Admin saying how many days are left.
Your subscription page
Go to Admin → Subscription to see:
- Status — Free trial, Active, Payment overdue, Suspended, Cancelled or Complimentary;
- Trial ends (during a trial);
- Plan and Active sites — how many sites are active, and your plan's limit;
- Renews or Ends — your next billing date, or when the subscription stops.

The plans
Every plan has the same features. They differ only in how many sites can be active at once:
| Plan | Active sites |
|---|---|
| Starter | 1 |
| Standard | up to 3 |
| Professional | up to 8 |
| Enterprise | more than 8 — ask us |
You can pay Monthly or Annual (annual gets two months free). Current prices are on clavarius.io and on your Subscription page.
Choose a plan
If you don't have a subscription yet, the Subscription page shows the plans:
- Pick Monthly or Annual.
- Click Choose on the plan you want, for example Choose Standard.
- Enter your card details on the secure payment page.
Change plan or payment details
Click Manage billing & payment details. This opens our payment provider's secure billing page, where you can change your card, switch plan, download invoices or cancel. Card details are handled entirely by the payment provider — Clavarius never sees them.
When the trial ends
If there's a card on file, the plan starts automatically. If not, sign-in screens and view-only links stop working until an admin chooses a plan. Admins can still sign in to sort it out — see Payment problems and suspended accounts.
Good to know
- If you move to a plan with fewer sites, your existing active sites stay active, but you can't activate more until you're under the limit.
- Some organisations have a Complimentary account managed by Clavarius; there's nothing to pay.
